Most free email systems have restrictions on the size of the file that you can transfer to another user.   Typically if you have a file that is 5 megabytes or higher you will either have either break it up into smaller pieces, find a way to setup your own FTP server, find a way to save it on your website or burn a CD and mail it.  Well I have found one service that allows you to do this and its free..
