Yes there is such a thing as FREE Adwords from Google. If you are a non profit 501c then this is the place for you. This is Googles way of giving back by allowing non profits to advertise for FREE. There are some restrictions like you cant promote adult videos or anything like that and you cant have a political agenda. You should do some research on keywords before you apply so they know you will get some visibility. They want you to be seen so dont pick keywords that are highly competitive. It can take up to 6 months to get installed.
