Well a loan that is FREE and comes with no strings attached is really a GRANT from the government or a private company. We will have an update on grants from the government. For now to find grants for your subject area in the private sector, just find a large public company that has related products and use their site and google for 'GRANT''/'Philanthropy' searching.
